I am passionate about making movement and yoga accessible to ordinary everyday people in a down to earth, cruisy and fun environment.  Bloody cliche, but I love this job, it`s very rewarding (never thought I`d say that about a job. Ever)  Focusing on FUNctional movement, freeing and strengthening the joints, improving balance and coordination. Exploring and enhancing your bodys movement patterns.  For all ages, shapes and sizes, enabling you to move with confidence and ease and a little less pain.
