Every single class starts with a breathing exercise. We then move through a few '-tastic' sprinkles that can include somatic, FRC (functional range conditioning), kinstretch-type movement, myofascial release, neuromuscular re-education, or a brain teaser - these prepare us for the more 'yoga' part of our practice.
I try to teach to who turns up to each class - my goal is to include strengthening, joint work, coordination, and relaxation in each class.
